Shipping Policy

Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses in the United States.

Shipping cost
Shipping is free on every order.

How long it takes
- Processing: 1–3 business days to prepare and dispatch your order.
- Delivery: 7–12 business days after dispatch.
- Total: most orders arrive within 8–15 business days of purchase.

Our products ship from our fulfillment partner's warehouse. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Delivery times can be longer during peak periods such as Black Friday and the holiday season.

Tracking
As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number. Tracking can take a few days to show updates after dispatch.

Duties and fees
Our prices include shipping. You should not be charged any import fees on delivery. If you ever are, contact us with a receipt and we'll reimburse you.

Wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us within 12 hours of your order and we'll update it before it ships.

Lost packages
If your order hasn't arrived within 30 business days of purchase, contact us and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund.
