We want your home to smell fresh. If it doesn't, we'll make it right.

Not happy? Get a full refund
If you're not satisfied with your Klar order for any reason, contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@getklar.shop with your order number and a short note about what didn't work for you. We'll refund the full product price to your original payment method.

In most cases you won't need to send anything back. If we do need the item returned, we'll tell you where to send it before you ship anything.

Damaged or faulty items
If your order arrives damaged, leaking or doesn't work, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo or short video. We'll send a free replacement or give you a full refund, whichever you prefer.

Lost or late orders
If your order hasn't arrived within 30 business days of purchase, contact us and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Cancellations
You can cancel your order free of charge within 12 hours of purchase by emailing us. After that, your order may already be on its way, but you're still covered by our 30-day guarantee.

How long refunds take
Once approved, refunds are processed within 3 business days. Depending on your bank, it can take 5–10 business days to show on your statement.
